02QUALITY & PROCESS

Quality Systems and Specifications

Our manufacturing operations hold ISO 13485 certification, Class II and Class III medical device manufacturing licences, and zirconia dental block registration. Each credential applies to its named holder, manufacturing site and stated product scope.

Product specifications, batch COAs, traceability and change-control documentation support supplier evaluation. Applicable credentials and release records are reviewed for the selected grade and production site; reported issues are assessed against the agreed specification and purchase terms.

03WHAT WE DO

Material Development and Technical Support

We assess customization of particle size distribution, BET surface area, pore structure and morphology against your processing needs. Material selection and sample evaluation connect composition and phase with the properties needed for your project.

Support includes physicochemical characterization, biological evaluation coordination and prototype development. Test scope, responsible laboratory and applicable evidence are agreed for each project; evaluation support does not establish approval of a finished medical device.

01 / DEFINE

Clarify composition, form, performance targets and intended use.

02 / EVALUATE

Review the relevant test data and samples with your team.

03 / SUPPLY

Agree specifications, batch documents and delivery expectations.

04WHY CHOOSE US

Material Supply and Customization

A broad materials portfolio, targeted customization and coordinated technical support help connect early evaluation with an agreed supply specification.

Material and morphology options

Calcium phosphates, silicates, bioactive glass and calcium sulfate, with powder, microsphere and whisker options across the portfolio.

Customization around your process

Discuss PSD, BET, pore structure and morphology targets, with feasibility and acceptance criteria agreed for the selected material.

From evaluation to supply

Coordinate samples, characterization, product documentation and packaging options as your project progresses toward production.
